The work by Oksana Zmiyevska and Babsi Poulin targets questions of artistic friendship and personal engagement in a critical perspective regarding dress codes of female artists preparing for a live performance. Set in a scurrile situation, five minutes before the show, the room for questioning role models and female self-representation in an art context, will be discussed. Both of the artists engage with the costume choices for Oksana, searching for the right fit and a coherent visual output with_out neglecting the normative aspect of gendered fashion norms.

Further, this moment of being provides an intimate admiration between the two female performers, facing each other in this powerful time/experience, just right before the start of the performance.
